Descansar a massa por aproximadamente 40 minutos. Dividi-la em duas partes, assar dois pães em forma média de bolo ingles ou fazer pãezinho como eu fiz, dividi a massa em duas partes, uma assei na forma de bolo ingles, a outra parte dividi em 11 pedaços, abri cada um com o rolo, recheei com queijo mussarela cortado em tirinhas, enrolei, fechei bem as pontas para não vazar, (mesmo assim vazou um pouco), deixei crescer, passei gema de ovo e queijo ralado por cima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;Fica muito bom, minhas filhas amam.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt;Assei no forno do fogão a lenha, foi uma expectativa só, abriamos a cada minuto para não deixar queimar, eles ficaram macios e saborosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#660000;"&gt; Quem nunca comeu pão de aipim não sabe o que esta perdendo!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;
